CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Individual delegates may register for $195.00 and ITP Students (ITPS) may register for $165.00 before February 15, 2011. After that date, registration fees are increased to $250.00 per delegate and $220 per ITPS until May 30, 2011. After September 15, registration fees increase to $295.00 for all. On- site registration is $335.00. Daily registration will be $130.00 (banquet ticket not included in daily registration.) Banquet tickets are $60.00. Meal passes sold separately. To register, complete the Registration Form and mail it with your payment to: IIDS, Inc., P. O. Box 39009, Birmingham, AL 35208 or register on-line. Registration fee does not include hotel lodging, meals, or transportation to and from Birmingham, AL or local transportation in Birmingham, AL; however, advance registration does include a banquet ticket.

MEAL PASS
Because the conference site is remote, IIDS, Inc. has made arrangements with The Happy Catering Company for meals to be catered on-site. IIDS covers three (3) meals, including the banquet, in full registration. All other on-site meals can be purchased for the low price of $40. Special dietary needs should be annotated on registration form. Meal pass must be purchased at time of registration. (http://www.happycatering.net/)

INDENTIFICATION BADGES
Each registered delegate will receive an identification badge upon check-in at the conference registration desk. Only those individuals wearing a badge will be allowed access to workshops.

TRANSFERS AND REFUNDS
